Diet



A sample bodybuilder diet. To all those interested, I am certainly not the guy in the video, but would totally love to look like that. I am just an average Joe who likes to go to gym.   3. Hey... do you eat any eggs... might be easy er pop a few boiled eggs and or scramble them.. I make like 10 at a time.. You have the best wife in the world. Lucky

  7. damnn my problem is that i can eat all that throughout the day but its too much, i get bloated. i dont get full easily. dont get me wrong im not huge or super skinny im just able to eat alooot more for someone my size

  11. @tonysilly usually bodybuilder's will swap out the egg's for whey protein pre-contest, due to the high sodium content of eggs. i'm sure he eats a ton of egg whites in the off-season tho...

  15. @drzchulo20 Having lots of protein in your diet facilitates muscle growth; it doesn't lead to 'muscle loss'.

    @HannesFoulds keto is a great choice for people looking to get in great shape altough not for mass monsters. But for many people keto works wonders.

  20. if you consume 5000 calories a day 70 percent protein, but dont workout much, will you still gain mostly fat or more muscle to be able to work off any fat u gained later on?

  21. Wanna know why humans are supposed to reach an age somewhere between 110 and 154? And why humans ought to have a body fat percentage between 3% and 5%? (women around 10%)

  23. iv changed my diet it is better than before
    Meal 1 2 satchets porridge with black cofee ( honey on Porridge and cofee ) for taste
    After gym 1 banana ( im a student cant afford protein shakes as long am fueling body a banana is ok
    Meal 2 wholemeal bread or brown bread with 2 whole eggs with 4-5 white with sallad and 3-4 olives
    Meal 3 rice or potatoe with 1 can tuna or chicken or fish
    meal 4 depends on what iv got left
    meal 5 1 whole egg and 3 white for the day
    wht do u think of Diet
