ReplyDeletehey Robin! I did that very diet too! Did it for about 40 days and I have to tell you, I could care less if I ever see another grapefruit as long as I live!!! LOL! Anyway, I started just watching my carbs now and it is so much better! I only had about 20 pounds total to lose, and have lost 15 so far! keep up the good work girl! It definitely makes you feel so much better both mentally and physically!

ReplyDeleteCongratulations Robin!! You're looking great! I'm on a weight loss journey myself and it is a struggle. I don't know what happened to me yesterday, I had breakfast and snacked the whole day. No workout for two days straight. Today was better, got my 1 hour of exercise and I've had regular meals through out. You're right exercise calms the mind and make you feel better, its so worth it even if its hard at times. Thanks for sharing and keep going!!

ReplyDeletehey, I have been working out for the past month but haven't really seen a lot of results because I need watch my diet - I was wondering if the foods in the diet are easy to find because right now I live in Japan? Before I buy the book for my kindle I wanted to know at least what types are foods are in the first cycle. I love my exercise routine which includes kickboxing with a trainer 2 days a week - it's just my food schedule - tokyo is a busy city so I eat on the go a lot.
