  2. @Quick2000 Actually skinnier people tend to live longer. Having large amounts of muscle or fat taxes the body more.

  3. Hi,
I'm new to 'raw food' way of living.
Good thing you mentioned wheat allergies. I only recently quit wheat/corn/dairy [2 months ago] and my arthritis/bone&joint pain has been reduced by at least 75-80% !!!

I had no idea that wheat/corn was causing so much inflammation.

Great video! I am getting more interested in this topic. In fact, I am interviewing Harvey Diamong on my radio show this Sunday (May 8) and he has some interesting things to say about curing pain with better eating instead of toxic drugs.

  9. Great information! What are your thoughts on fermented vegetables i.e. Sauerkraut and Kimchi! I make low sodium sauerkraut. I'd really like to know what you think. I've been forming kidney stones since the 80's and I've been told that many vegetables like spinach, okra and soy are bad for stone formers.

  10. I have been raw 11 weeks. The first week was 70%, then I went up to 90% per week, 2-3 meals a week non-raw. Now I eat non-raw once a week. I found the juicing to be most beneficial. Most of my cravings went away after a few weeks.

You're an idiot. Science is not some monolithic authority - it's a system that uses logic to arrive at the truth and explain the world around us. Saying "I don't care what science says" is akin to saying you don't care what the truth is. The fact of the matter is that we’ve all benefitted immensely from what science has to offer, including the very technology you used to make your asinine post.

Your anecdotal evidence doesn't meet the burden of proof - raw foodism is bullshit.

  19. I've been applying Yuri's principles for a cleanse diet for the past two weeks and I'm completely blown away by the results. I went from sleeping nine hours a day and feeling dead all day to feeling like I can't sleep more than six I have so much energy. I feel like all the therapy, medicine, supplementation, and counseling I've had for food issues in the past have been for naught. From what I can see Yuri's the real deal, not a blender salesman but a real coach. I highly recommend him!!

  20. @XionXi hello, I believe the person was referring to "the science", as in the science that disregards the raw food diet's affect on the body. Everyone uses science to shape the possibilities and probabilities to their questions on reality. Using case studies are a legitimate method.
